“Yesterday upon the stair I met a man who wasn’t there. He wasn’t there again today; I wish, I wish he’d go away.”

Exploring YOU can be a more confusing process than you might imagine. Where do you start? Where do you finish? What image do you have of yourself? What image of yourself do you convey to others?

You are a bottomless stairwell of infinite possibility and potential… but to understand where you’re going on those stairs, you first need to know where you are now.

Meet your Seven Levels of Consciousness (Created by Richard Barrett and CTT)…

What do these mean? Well, these are stages in the development of your consciousness which, when analysed, help to explore your values and how they connect with your presence.

At each level, we hold a different set of values. For example, in Survival, we may value financial stability, or health, while in Internal Cohesion we may value integrity, honesty and creativity.

When we make a strong connection to a value, we bring it into our presence. We enable it to flower; we bring it to life. We show it to the world, like clothes on a mannequin. People can read it through our body language, image and speech.

As you become aware of your own presence, you can consciously bring those values to the fore and be clearer in the way you communicate with others.

To find out where you are on your stairwell, take the Seven Levels of Consciousness Assessment. Vivienne will personally analyse your responses and give you a full report and one-to-one feedback on the phone for a one-off fee of £99, in order to reveal who you are.
